Prof. Mo-Yuen Chow, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China (IEEE Life Fellow)
Professor at the University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute, Head of the Research Center for New-Type Power Systems at the Future Technology Institute of Boyuan, IEEE Life Fellow. Prior to joining Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he served as a Professor at North Carolina State University, Founder and Director of the Advanced Diagnosis and Automatic Control Laboratory, Qiushi Distinguished Professor at Zhejiang University, and Visiting Scientist at ABB. He serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (having served as Editor-in-Chief from 2010 to 2012), Co-Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, and previously served as an Editorial Board Member of IEEE Transactions on Mechatronics, as well as Guest Editor for special issues of multiple journals. He has also served as a Senior Member of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, and has received the IEEE North Carolina Section Outstanding Engineer Educator Award Medal, the Joseph M. Biedenbach Award Medal, the Outstanding Contribution Award Medal, the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Anthony J. Hornfeck Award Medal, and numerous other honors. To date, he has published 1 monograph, co-authored multiple book chapters, and published over 200 journal and conference papers, with over 20,000 Google Scholar citations and an H-index of 66.

Keynote Speaker II
Prof. Jizhong Zhu, South China University of Technology, China (IEEE Fellow)
Jizhong Zhu is a professor at the South China University of Technology (Foreign Academician of Academy of Sciences of Bologna Institute, IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, CSEE Fellow) and a “National Distinguished Expert.” He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University in February 1985, 1987, and 1990, respectively. He is currently the director and professor of the ISESOOC Center of the South China University of Technology, serving as a high-level talent introduced by China. Since 2018, he has acted as the Chairman of the IEEE P2781 and P2783 international standards working groups, a Member of the IEEE SMC Smart Power and Energy Systems Technical Committee, and a Member of the IEEE SMC Standards Committee; he held the Chair of IEEE PES SBLC Loads Sub-Committee, served as Senior Principal Power Systems Engineer at Alstom Grid from 2000-2015, and became an academician-level expert of the Alstom Global Expert Committee in 2013.

Keynote Speaker III
Prof. Zhong Chen, Southeast University, China
Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Senior Visiting Scholar at the University of Bath, UK and Queen's University Belfast, UK. His main research areas include power system analysis and control, renewable energy grid-connected systems, applications of artificial intelligence in power systems, and the integration of electric vehicles and smart grids. He has published over 100 SCI- and EI-indexed papers in domestic and international journals and conferences, and has led and participated in multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Science and Technology Major Project, and the National Key Research and Development Program. He has received one First Prize of the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award, one Second Prize of the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award, and one Second Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Education. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the IEEE PES China Power System Stability Control Technical Subcommittee.

Keynote Speaker IV
Prof. Zhikuo Tao, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China
Dr. Tao Zhikuo is a professor at the College of Electronic and Optical Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He received his Bachelor's degree in Magnetism from the Department of Physics at Nanjing University in June 2004, and his Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Nanjing University in March 2010. From October 2008 to April 2009, he conducted collaborative research at the University of Sydney, Australia. Since March 2010, he has been a faculty member at the College of Electronic Science and Engineering (now the College of Electronic and Optical Engineering) at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He has served as the principal investigator for projects funded by the General Program and the Young Scientists Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions. His current research interests include spintronic materials and devices, with a particular focus on micro-nanoelectronic devices based on spin topological structures (such as vortices, skyrmions, and merons), as well as wide-bandgap semiconductor materials and devices, especially III-nitride-based optoelectronic information materials and devices represented by GaN.

Keynote Speaker Ⅴ
Prof. Wangnan Li, Hubei University of Arts and Science, China
Wangnan Li, Professor, doctoral supervisor, and a high-level talent of Hubei Province. He serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member of the journal EcoEnergy. His research has long been dedicated to perovskite thin-film photovoltaic technologies and the development of key materials for flexible and semitransparent perovskite photovoltaic devices. As the principal investigator, he has led over 10 provincial and ministerial-level vertical projects, including projects for the JMRH Project, sub-projects under the National Key Research and Development Program, and key research and development programs of Hubei Province, in addition to multiple industry collaboration projects. He has published over 60 SCI-indexed papers and has been granted eight invention patents (including two international patents) as the primary inventor. He has received several honors, including the second prize in the Hubei Province "Workers' Cup" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, the Xiangyang "May 1st Labor Medal," the title of "Top Ten Innovative Dream Chasers," and the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Xiangyang.
